We Are Redefining Summer Camp.  With 50+ Specialty Camps in sports, technology, and the arts, our campers have the opportunity to pursue a passion, discover a new interests, improve their skills, build self confidence, and get a head start in life.  At camp, campers attend one specific camp each week, and specialize in an area of interest for the entire week.  This allows campers to fully immerse themselves in the subject matter of the camp, improve skill sets, and create awesome projects, all while learning from talented instructors (we hire less than 8% of applicants) in a camp environment that offers a 1:8 staff to camper ratio or better!  We also allow for plenty of socialization and outdoor time during snack and recess to round out the camp experience.  Combining lots of education and fun, an investment in this amazing camp experience is an investment in YOUR child.  And yes… campers can attend the same camp for multiple weeks… as they move up in our curriculum.  Campers may also attend different camps over the span of multiple weeks, opening up opportunities to explore a variety of camps and interests.  We provide lots of great camp options each week, allowing YOU to create an optimal schedule for your child!  If you would like our assistance in planning, we are always happy to help!  Just call our camp specialists at (314) 384-4190 or email [email protected]

Love What You Do!  Campers learn from passionate and talented instructors, and specialize in one area of interest each week, which greatly helps campers  improve skills, pursue a passion, and meet friends with similar interests. Our campers can learn how to build and program robots, compete in Esports like Fortnite, Overwatch and League of Legends, learn safe practices as responsible gamers, cook delicious home-made meals, code mods in Minecraft, design Roblox games and worlds, code a “Fortune Telling Genie” using Java, digitally design and machine sew a stylish handbag and dress, design and code video games, Build Computers, create an app, script and shoot a film, be a YouTube caster, improve sports skills at recess, and so much more!  Campers may register for one week or multiple weeks of any of the above camps.  Attending multiple weeks helps campers build more skills, try lots new things, and maximize skills sets and improvement.

We’ve Got You Covered.  Flexible Camp hours from 8am to 6pm (including extended day), sports at recess, camp cheers, red carpet events on Fridays, and lots of hands-on learning and fun all week.

Recess and Snack Breaks – At camp, we always take breaks for snack and recess.  This give our campers plenty of time to get outside, be active, and make friends!  At recess, activities include sports game, team building games, quite games and more.  For snack, please pack a nut-aware snack for your child.

Regular Camp Hours are from 9:00am to 3:30pm.  Weekly Camp Tuition is located on camps’ individual webpage.  All Camp Buttons are located on the left side of this page.  Discounts are available for Early/Multi-Week Registration, and/or Additional Siblings.  We also offer a Referral Program where families can earn $50 to $100 in referral credits for Summer 2019 for each new family referred.  For more information about discounts and our referral program, visit our Camp Tuition & Discounts Page.

Extended Day (Optional) includes Early Arrival (8:00am to 9:00am – $10 per day), and Extended Day (3:30pm to 6:00pm – $18/day).

Lunch Program – Camp families may purchase a catered lunch from our third party vendor (Wash U Dining Hall) for $49/week on each families’ Lavner Camps account, or camp families may pack a lunch for their child.  If purchasing a catered lunch, families must do so through their online account no later than the Friday prior to the camp week.  Lavner Camps is a “Nut-Aware” camp as defined on our General Information webpage, and while our caterer provides some “Nut-Aware” options on our camp menu, the caterer is not nut free and meals may contain traces of nut product or nut product. The lunch menu is subject to change.

Our St. Louis Summer Camps take place on Wash U’s Danforth Campus, which consists of 169 beautiful acres.  The Danforth campus features Forest Park on the East and is bordered by beautiful neighborhoods to the North, West, and South.  When on campus, you can appreciate the collegiate gothic architecture, inviting grassy areas, and beautiful walkways.  Our camps are held in spacious, air conditioned classrooms in the Lopata House, lunch is held in a university cafeteria with a great selection of food options, and there are plenty of spaces for fun recess activities! Washington University is well situated near good shopping, eating, and beautiful neighborhoods to explore!  Experience summer camp on a world-class university campus!  The summer camps are operated solely by Lavner Camps and while held at Washington University in St. Louis, the camps are not affiliated with the University.
