Tech Revolution presents…Our National Online Chess Tournament!

Sign up to compete in our very first national online chess tournament! Chess is a strategic game that has stood the test of time for hundreds of years and is great for building critical thinking skills, learning to focus, and having fun!

The tournament games will be rapid games (each game will be less than an hour) and will consist of at least 3 rounds.

The tournament will be separated into 3 divisions so that participants will play against opponents with a similar skill level. The divisions will be Unrated, U1000, and U1300 using USCF or FIDE rating. If you have never played a chess tournament before, you are unrated!

While we will be using ratings to divide up the sections of the tournament, the tournament itself is not a USCF or FIDE rated event.

Open to players of all levels.

The winner of each division will receive a custom t-shirt with a replica of the final position of the championship game!

Best User Experience: Our camps require a stable internet connection. Campers may also want to use headphones if their device is not located in a quiet space. You may want your child to use a virtual background when logged into Zoom if you would like to block out the view of your child’s actual background – this is compatible with a wide variety of computers.
