Next Steps with Lavner Education
How to Complete an Employee Form
We’re excited to have you on the Lavner Education team!

If you have any questions, please contact your location manager.
Step One
• Click on the box that says “FORMS”
Step Two
• Select the option “FILL OUT FORMS”
Step Three
• Check the forms you wish to fill out at this time.
Step Four
• Continue to “Fill Out My Forms”
Step Five
• Select “View & Sign Documents”
Step Six
• OPEN the document & review
Step Seven
• Once you review a form, if everything looks correct, select A: “Yes. Continue” OR If you are unable to complete a form at the current time, select B: “No. Skip Submission”.
• You will be able to return to these forms later by repeating this process.
*Note: ALL FORMS must be filled out and submitted, but some forms may require completion after a document upload.
