Our West Coast Digital Fashion Design course includes multiple projects such as creating designs for a custom printed tote bag printed/ mailed to your home, in addition to creating a digital design portfolio complete with a clothing line!

West Coast Vibe. West Coast Fashion gives off a relaxed vibe while boasting a casual and effortless look. That’s why Los Angeles’ fashion scene is full of fringes, tassels, and bold colors. These trends allow designers to make one-of-a-kind creations that leave memorable impressions while keeping people cool, comfortable, and sophisticated.

Craft Your Own Unique Style.  After learning about the latest fashion trends in Los Angeles, students plan and design their projects. Students will learn how to create clothing patterns online that they can print and use for themselves. They’ll also learn to use graphic design software to design fabric patterns that they can use in their clothing designs. Students will develop a concept for a super stylish tote bag, as well as develop their own portfolios with a mood board and designs for their first fashion line, while presenting during the last class of the session in our virtual designer showcase!

Best User Experience: Our courses require a stable internet connection. Students may also want to use headphones if their device is not located in a quiet space. You may want your child to use a virtual background when logged into Zoom if you would like to block out the view of your child’s actual background – this is compatible with a wide variety of computers.

Each student will receive one tote bag with their fashion logo printed on it! Please allow appx. 2-4 weeks to receive your custom item in the mail.
