All classes are 30 minutes and run once a week for 6 weeks. Tuition $99/session – 6 classes, 30 min each.
Indoor Biking
Hit the virtual road as you build strength and endurance with our indoor biking class. Challenge yourself as you pedal along and face challenging hills, flats, sprints & more! Take your cardio to the next level with this high-intensity interval training that is sure to be exciting! Participants will need an indoor bike trainer stand, like this, and a bike. Classes meet once a week.

Can you actually train for Esports? Yes, absolutely! To be a successful Esports player, it’s important to train like the pros. Stretching, cardio, flexibility, strength, and hand-eye coordination are all important components. Please bring a tennis ball, bouncy ball, or rubber band ball to class.

Minecraft & Roblox Workouts – Put yourself to the test by racing through various Minecraft and Roblox worlds. Run, sidestep, jump, squat, roll, and dodge your way through our custom maps with the help of our awesome instructor. Make sure to avoid creepers, bad guys, lava pits, creepers and more.

There is a one-time $40 registration fee per child for the 2022 calendar year. This allows each child to register for any camps, courses, tournaments, or other programs during 2022.
