The CIT Leadership Program is for motivated teens interested in learning and developing leadership skills working with children in a camp setting.

Under the supervision of our experienced staff, CITs develop leadership skills, assist campers with camp activities, help with organizing materials and supplies, think creatively & share ideas, and act as positive role models for campers! CITs are very hands-on, grouped with younger campers, and choose the specialty camp or camps where they want to be placed. CITs also prepare for camp by attending an orientation where they become certified in CPR and First Aid, learn about child development, and train skill sets for their specialty camps.  Available at select locations throughout PA, DE, NJ, NY, DC, MD, MO, TN, and CA. Camp dates are June 11th to August 24th and vary by location!

At Lavner Camps, We Believe in Developing Our Next Generation of Leaders!

If YOU are 13 to 15 years old and want to improve your leadership skills, we hope you will apply to the CIT Leadership Program.
